What a great year for the little guy. He really developed while in Tyke hockey. Next year he gets to move up to Novice level hockey. That means games on the road for us! Two boys traveling!!! This year most of Ben's games were at the local arenas. Next year we are on the road!!!
I truly am ready for a break from 5 nights a week at the arena and then both sat and sunday, but at the same time it never bothered me much till last week. Probably just because I knew it was all ending I suppose. I'm ready for a wee break now.
Ben is playing ball hockey, so I will still be at an arena, just no ice. Alex is on a 3 on 3 ice time for the spring, but its in a mini arena. Different atmosphere. Alex is also playing competitive fast ball again this season. Tim is playing slow pitch and I've joined field hockey, so we will be busy still!!!!
Hope everyone had a great weekend. We did.
